How to share safe files? Removal PPAP that can be done with Microsoft 365

クラウドの場所から選択OneDrive for Business(SharePointサイトやTeamsのチームも含む)に保存済みのファイルから選択します。ファイルそのものではなく、添付ファイルにアクセスするためのリンクを送信します。受信者はファイルに対するアクセス権を持っていなければなりません。
アップロードして共有自分のPCからOneDrive for Businessの「添付ファイル」フォルダーにアップロードして送信します。ファイルそのものではなく、ファイルにアクセスするためのリンクを送信します。ファイルのリンクを知っていれば誰でもアクセスできます。

● Select from this computer

Click "Select from this computer" to the Windows file selection screen.

(1) Click the attached file to select (2) Attach the file to the new email with the "Open" button.

● Select from the cloud location

Click "Select from the cloud location" to open the OneDrive for Business folder.

At this time, if you select "Attach as a copy", you will replicate the file stored in OneDrive for Business and attach the file itself to the normal attachment.

● Upload and share

Click "Upload and share" to display the Windows file selection screen.
