● Select from this computer
Click "Select from this computer" to the Windows file selection screen.
(1) Click the attached file to select (2) Attach the file to the new email with the "Open" button.
If you drag the file without using a clip bodin, it will automatically be in the state of "select from this computer".
● Select from the cloud location
Click "Select from the cloud location" to open the OneDrive for Business folder.
(1) Click the file attached from the folder of the OneDrive for Business and select (2) Click "Next"
(3) Click "Share as OneDrive link" to attach a file
At this time, if you select "Attach as a copy", you will replicate the file stored in OneDrive for Business and attach the file itself to the normal attachment.
If you have a cloud storage account of another company, you can attach a cloud storage file from another company from the OneDrive for Business file selection screen.

● Upload and share
Click "Upload and share" to display the Windows file selection screen.

You can change the file attached in "Select from this computer" to "Upload and share" after attaching.

■ How to send email
Check the created email and send the email.
(1) In the case of "Select from this computer", the file size is displayed. (2) If you send a file from the OneDrive for Business folder in "Select from the cloud location", access is accessible if you are not a user in the organization.Access information such as "in the organization ..." is displayed because it is not possible (3) In the case of "uploading and shared", anyone who knows the file link can access, so "All users can edit".(4) Click "Send" to send an email
