After working abroad as a foreign -affiliated system engineer, Tomohiko Ogi, a representative of the Socidea Intellectual Property Office, he became independent in Kyushu after a patent office in Tokyo.He currently supports the invention of 200 startups and SMEs in Kyushu, Tokyo, mainly in Kyushu.He specializes in a software business model for 17 years.He has acquired 540 patents in Japan and overseas.As a track record of ICT venture support in Kyushu, he has been supporting Optim's patent for 15 years.

Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1976, Masanori Hashimoto, Nurabo Co., Ltd.He graduated from Fukuoka Prefectural Hayaika High School and moved to Tokyo and was involved in the food and beverage business.He has also experienced theater company sponsored and live performances of club music.In 1998, he returned to Fukuoka and was involved in his father's family business.In 2001 he turned into a programmer.In 2004, he established Nulabo Co., Ltd. in Fukuoka and became the CEO.Nourab Co., Ltd. is currently developing and operating a web service that promotes the collaboration of the team, his Backlog, CACOO, Typetalk, and NULAB PASS.In addition to the Fukuoka headquarters, it has a base in Tokyo, Kyoto, Singapore, New York and Amsterdam, and is steadily stacking for the global expansion.

株式会社 サイノウ 代表取締役村上純志氏元エンジニア出身。株式会社サイノウ代表取締役CEO 、エンジニアカフェ 業務遂行責任者、スタートアップカフェ アンバサダーコンシェルジュ、Fukuoka Growth Nextインキュベーションマネージャー、NPO法人AIP理事。平成20（2008）年に、AIPが運営を行っているフリースペース「AIP Cafe」に通い始め、ITコミュニティと出会う。平成23（2011）年から、テクノロジーとクリエイティブの祭典「明星和楽」にオーガナイザーとして参加。平成25（2013）年には福岡市の「Startup Cafe」に立ち上げから参画。平成28（2016）年、株式会社サイノウを設立。平成29（2017）年には福岡市の「Fukuoka Growth Next(FGN)」、令和元年(2019)年には「Engineer Cafe」に立ち上げから参画し、企画&運営。FGN内のスタンディングバー「awabar fukuoka」、カフェ「Howlt Coffee」、Engineer Café内のカフェ「saino」も合わせて経営。
